Quest Property Services processes applications based on the first completed application(s) received and does not compete applications. An application is considered complete when:
- all applications for all parties 18 years or older who are to reside together at the applied for property are completed and signed with accurate information.
- the non-refundable application fee has been paid for each application submitted.

Submitting A Maintenance Request+
Submit a Non-Emergency Request
Simply login to the Tenant Portal and complete a maintenance request. To help us provide you with a quick response, please be as specific as possible when describing the problem(s).
If this is an emergency, something affecting life or causing property damage, please call (817) 763-9696 and follow the prompts to the maintenance emergency extension. If you have to leave a message, please speak clearly and leave your name, phone number, property address and the nature of the emergency. If life threatening, leave the home (if necessary) and call 911 before calling our office.
Repair or damage caused by your negligence or misuse is your responsibility. In such cases, repairs may be made, but you will be charged for the cost of the labor and materials. Damages or plumbing stoppages caused by your negligence or misuse will be paid by you. You will also be charged a trip charge if we or a contractor are unable to access the property at the scheduled time.
