Rental
properties are shown by licensed real estate agents from our Real Estate
office, as well as some nonaffiliated agents from the local area Real Estate
offices.

Our main objective is to make every reasonable effort to provide a property
owner with a quality resident. In rental property, a quality resident is
someone who will meet their rental payments when due, and will maintain
a property to the extent of not abusing it through intent or neglect.
|
While
some residents will maintain a home as an owner would, there are those
who do not feel the pride of ownership, and merely do the bare minimum
to maintain a home. Through our qualification of a resident, we try to
eliminate the proven problem resident, and hopefully improve the percentage
to the owner's favor.
